基于问卷调查及实地考察,研究海南省旅游发展对居民主观福利(主要包括社会福利及环境资源福利)变迁,结果表明海南省旅游业对当地居民社会福利改善作用不显著,各方面的变化幅度不一致。应该增强旅游业对海南省的社会福利改善作用,同时强化环境资源方面存在的福利获得(正面影响),弱化环境资源的福利损失(负面影响)。此外,需考虑多方利益相关者参与海南旅游实践,注意旅游环境保护侧重点的区域差别化,以确保海南省旅游可持续发展及各区域居民福利获得的均等化。
Based on the questionnaire survey and field investigation, this paper studies the changes of subjective welfare (mainly including social welfare and environmental resources benefits) of Hainan’s tourism development on residents. The results show that tourism in Hainan Province has no significant effect on the improvement of social welfare of local residents and there is inconsistent change in all aspects . The tourism industry should be encouraged to improve the social welfare in Hainan Province. At the same time, it should strengthen the access to welfare resources (positive impact) and weaken the welfare loss (negative impact) of environmental resources. In addition, multi-stakeholder participation in Hainan’s tourism needs to be taken into account and attention should be paid to the regional differentiation of the focus of tourism environmental protection so as to ensure the sustainable development of tourism in Hainan Province and the equalization of the welfare of residents in all regions.
