翻译不仅是跨语言的交际活动,更是一种跨文化的交流活动。历史名胜古迹的翻译含有大量的文化内涵,极具独特的民族特色。由于语言和文化差异,存在着可译性限度。本文主要分析我国历史名胜翻译中文化的可译性限度的原因,结合实例探讨可行的翻译方法,对于提高旅游翻译质量,促进跨文化交流具有理论和实践意义。
Translation is not only a cross-language communicative activity, but also a cross-cultural communicative activity. The translation of historical sites contains a lot of cultural connotations, very unique national characteristics. Due to language and cultural differences, there is a limit of translatability. This article mainly analyzes the reasons for the translatability limit of the culture in the translation of historical places in our country and discusses the feasible translation methods with examples to provide theoretical and practical significance for improving the quality of tourism translation and promoting intercultural communication.
