资本结构对企业的经营至关重要,直接关系到企业能否在市场竞争中取得良好的经营业绩和长远发展。公司的治理结构是影响企业市场价值最大化的重要因素,也是影响资本结构的重要因素,因此,如何设计最优资本结构来提高公司治理效率以及两者之间的关系问题一直是人们研究的重点。
The capital structure is crucial to the operation of an enterprise and it is directly related to whether the enterprise can achieve good business performance and long-term development in the market competition. The corporate governance structure is an important factor that affects the maximization of the market value of enterprises and an important factor that affects the capital structure. Therefore, how to design the optimal capital structure to improve the efficiency of corporate governance and the relationship between them has always been the focus of research .
