现代企业制度的最主要形式是公司制,公司制的典型形式是股份制.作为转换企业经营机制,建立现代企业制度的一项有效措施,股份制已经和正在引入一些国有大中型企业.国有大中型企业实行股份制改组,对转换企业经营机制,调整经济结构,筹集建设资金,增强企业“自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展、自我约束”的能力,有十分明显的作用.但是,由于多方面的原因,国有大中型企业实行股份制改组也存在不少困难和问题,需要认真研究,找出解决办法.就目前的情况看.下列方面是国有大中型企业在进行股份制改组时必然要遇到且必须解决的问题。
