去年以来,在加快改革开放、发展社会主义市场经济的新形势下,油田各级党组织以邓小平同志重要谈话和党的十四大精神为指针,坚持从实际情况出发,大力加强和改进新形势下的思想政治工作,教育和引导广大职工在严格执行国家计划的同时,大力发展市场经济;把贯彻物质利益原则同弘扬奉献精神相结合;既坚持通过深化改革,增强企业活力,又坚持不懈地强化基层建设,使广大职工始终保持了良好的精神状态和旺盛的斗志,全局上下心齐、气顺、劲足,推动油田勘探、开发、建设呈现出持续稳定发展的新局面。 我们的主要工作和体会有以下几点。 解放思想转变观念,推动全局形成以油气为主、多种经营、全面发展的新局面
