２００１年７月，我有幸随上海公证代表团到法国考察。在此之前，我从有关资料中也曾知道一些法国公证业的概况，不过尚无切身体会。直至在巴黎亲眼目睹了一则关于巴黎房价的新闻报道后，我才算是对法国公证制度“规则完善、效用充分、佳誉卓著”之类的话有了真真切切的感受。?
In July 2001, I was fortunate to visit Shanghai with a notarized delegation from Shanghai. Prior to this, I also know some facts about the French notary industry from the relevant information, but I have not yet had any personal experience. It was not until after I witnessed in Paris a news story about housing prices in Paris that I had a genuine feeling of being “perfect in rules, full of utility and good reputation” in the French notary system. ?
