内蒙古人均GDP虽然位居全国第六,但经济社会发展水平与发达地区仍有较大差距。本报告选取人均GDP一万美元左右的江苏、浙江、广东、辽宁和山东等五省,从省际比较的视角,就经济社会发展主要指标与内蒙古进行对比,力图客观、全面地对人均GDP达到一万美元的新区情进行评价。一、从产业结构看,我区产业结构调整步伐相对缓慢,服务业发展不足内蒙古三次产业增加值比例
Although per capita GDP in Inner Mongolia ranks sixth in the country, the level of economic and social development still lags behind that of developed areas. In this report, five provinces (Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Liaoning and Shandong) with a per capita GDP of about 10,000 U.S. dollars are compared with Inner Mongolia for the main indicators of economic and social development from the perspective of inter-provincial comparison in an effort to objectively and comprehensively achieve a per capita GDP of Ten thousand dollars of new district evaluation. First, from the perspective of industrial structure, the pace of industrial restructuring in our region is relatively slow, and the development of service industry lacks the proportion of the added value of the three industries in Inner Mongolia
