我们遇到4例急性二氧化碳(CO_2)中毒的病例,1例当时死亡,3例经现场抢救生存,报告如下。病历资料患者男性,48岁,于1983年9月30日只身下井维修长期不用的深井水泵(电动)。20时许,他人发现昏倒在深井机台口,被救出井面时,面色青紫,四肢紫绀,瞳孔散大,呼吸、心跳均已停止,抢救无效死亡。余3例均为男性青年,当发现前者倒在井内时,即依次下井抢救,但都在入井7m左右突感头昏、胸闷,约10秒钟后,即失去知觉掉至井下机台上(机台离井面14m)。此时,在场的其他人员将鼓风机(功率为2瓩)接上约12m 长的胶管直接向井下吹风。10分钟
