粒重、秧苗呼吸率与秧苗生长的关系通过研究秧龄期为12天的242个品种,我们发现秧苗生活力(单苗干重)与呼吸率存在着相当大的差异。60%以上的品种呼吸率低于平均值。仅有7个地方品种的呼吸率高于每小时单苗吸收O_23.5μM以上,单苗干重高于30克。这些品种被认为在提高秧苗生活力的育种计划中很有利用价值。秧苗生活力与种子、秧苗呼吸率呈正相关。它表明,秧苗生活力大小取决于种子粒重。其它禾谷类作物动有类似现象。但是,部分相关分析表明,秧苗呼吸速率对秧苗生活力的直接影响大于种子粒重。由此推论,在水稻中,秧苗呼吸率可以作为评价秧苗生活力的一项指
RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN GRAIN WEIGHT, RESPIRATION RATE AND SENSITIVE GROWTH OF SENIOR GROWTH By studying 242 cultivars of seedling age of 12 days, we found that there is a considerable difference in respiration rate between seedling viability (single seedling dry weight). More than 60% of the species respiration rate below average. Respiratory rate of only 7 local breeds was higher than O_23.5μM absorbed by single seedling per hour, and the dry weight of single seedling was higher than 30g. These varieties are thought to be of great value in breeding programs that increase the viability of the seedlings. Seedling vitality and seed, seedling respiratory rate was positively correlated. It shows that the viability of seedlings depends on the seed weight. Other cereal crops have a similar phenomenon. However, partial correlation analysis showed that the direct effect of seedling respiration rate on seedling vigor was greater than seed weight.
