党风和廉政建设关乎人心向背,关乎党在人民群众中的威望和公信力。党的十八大以来,反腐败工作力度空前。要使反腐倡廉取得长效实效,必须加强党员干部的理念信念教育,践行“为民”初心;要加强党内制度建设,把权力装进制度的笼子;要强化党内问责机制,理顺权力与责任的关系;党员干部还要守住廉洁自律的底线。
The construction of the party style and the building of an honest and clean government are about people’s hearts and minds, and concern the party’s prestige and credibility in the masses of the people. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the anti-corruption work has been done with unprecedented intensity. In order to achieve long-term effectiveness in combating corruption and promoting ethical order, we must strengthen the education of the concept and belief of party members and cadres and practice the initial mission of “serving the people.” We must strengthen the building of the inner-party system and put power into the cage of the system. Mechanism, straighten out the relationship between power and responsibility; party members and cadres must also keep the bottom line of integrity and self-discipline.
