众所周知,只有用零矢量法平衡曲柄滑块机构时,方可使不平衡力系的主矢量转化为零。但是,在活塞式压缩机机体中,由于在连杆和曲柄上装设平衡块质量的结构困难,使零矢量法在生产实践中应用得不多。本文切合这一实际,论证零矢量法用于平衡密闭输气的活塞式空气压缩机。由机构平衡理论可知,曲柄滑块机构的总质心位置是由矢径OS确定的,该矢径就是所说的运动构件不平衡力系主矢量作用点的几何和:
It is well-known that only the master vector of the unbalanced force system can be transformed into zero when the crank-slider mechanism is balanced by the zero-vector method. However, in the piston compressor body, it is difficult to apply the zero vector method in the production practice because of the difficulty of installing the structure of the balance weight on the connecting rod and the crank. This paper is in line with this reality, demonstrating that zero-vector method is used to balance the closed air compressor piston air compressor. It can be known from the mechanism balance theory that the total center of mass of the crank-slider mechanism is determined by the sagittal radius OS which is the geometric sum of the main vector point of action of the unbalanced force of the moving component:
