一、“引进来”意义重大 1、实施“引进来”战略,扩大对外开放,积极利用和参与国际分工,分享新技术革命成果,加快了我国经济发展。 2、实施“引进来”战略,通过国际交换,扩大对外贸易,有计划地出口我国具有优势的商品,换取经济建设急需的物资,节约了社会劳动,提高了经济效益。 3、实施“引进来”战略,大胆地利用和吸收国外资金与先进技术.极大地提高我国科学技术水平,缩小了我国与发达国家之间距离,加速了社会主义现代化进程。
