习近平总书记提出:“推动共青团事业不断开创新局面,关键在团干部”。国有企业兼职团干部比例不断提高,如何更好的发挥国企兼职团干部的积极性,做好团的工作,服务好企业中心工作,是国有企业共青团工作迫切需要解决的问题。本文通过三门核电在团干部队伍建设方面的良好实践,提出新时期加强国有企业兼职团干部队伍建设的建议。
General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward: “The key to promoting the cause of the Communist Youth League and opening up a new situation to the CYL cadres”. The proportion of part-time cadres in state-owned enterprises has been continuously raised. How to give full play to the enthusiasm of part-time cadres in state-owned enterprises, to do well the work of the CYL and to serve the center of the enterprise is an urgent issue to be solved in the work of the Communist Youth League in state-owned enterprises. Based on the good practice of Sanmen Nuclear Power in the construction of contingent cadres, this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the contingent cadre building of state-owned enterprises in the new era.
