兰政任字[2015]23号2015年9月2日各县、区人民政府,市政府各部门,市属各单位,兰州新区、高新区、经济区管委会:经2015年8月28日兰州市第十五届人大常委会第二十六次会议通过,决定任命:刘军为兰州市财政局局长;唐琦为兰州市住房保障和房产管理局局长;王黎为兰州市商务局局长;杨盛泉为兰州市粮食局局长;权文军为兰州市工商行政管理局局长。
