目的分析肺炎支原体感染患儿的临床检验结果及其治疗。方法选取洛阳市妇女儿童医疗保健中心2013—2016年收治的肺炎支原体感染患儿1500例,患儿入院后均常规行血尿常规、红细胞沉降率及血气分析指标检查、血清肺炎支原体抗体(MP-Ig M)检测、细菌培养,并给予阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗,分析各检验结果及治疗。结果患儿血尿常规及血气分析结果显示:白细胞计数升高713例,占47.5%;尿常规结果分析:尿常规检查异常患儿301例,占20.1%;红细胞沉降率检查结果显示:红细胞沉降率<20 mm/h 759例,占50.6%;C-反应蛋白>10 mg/L 723例,占48.2%。血气分析结果异常患儿489例,占32.6%。经咽拭子细菌培养结果显示支原体检测结果阳性247例,占16.5%;肺炎克雷伯菌阳性151例,占10.1%;肺炎链球菌阳性175例,占11.7%;阴沟肠杆菌阳性70例,占4.7%。血清MP-Ig M检验阳性率为38.9%。治疗后,患儿治疗有效率为98.0%。结论通过血尿常规、血气分析、细菌培养、血清MP-Ig M检验等综合性检验,可有效提高肺炎支原体感染患儿检出率,降低漏诊、误诊率,为治疗提供可靠依据,且辅以阿奇霉素等药物治疗可有效改善患儿预后,提高生活质量。
Objective To analyze the clinical results and treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods One hundred and five children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection from 2013 to 2016 in Luoyang Women’s and Children’s Medical Center were enrolled. After admission, all children were routinely subjected to hematuria, erythrocyte sedimentation rate and blood gas analysis. Serum Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody (MP-Ig M) detection, bacterial culture, and given sequential treatment of azithromycin treatment, analysis of the test results and treatment. Results The results of routine blood tests and blood gas analysis showed that the leukocyte count increased by 713 cases (47.5%), and the results of routine urine tests (301 cases, accounting for 20.1%). The erythrocyte sedimentation rate showed that the erythrocyte sedimentation rate <20 mm / h 759 cases, accounting for 50.6%; C-reactive protein> 10 mg / L 723 cases, accounting for 48.2%. 489 cases of abnormal blood gas analysis results, accounting for 32.6%. The results of throat swab culture showed that mycoplasma was positive in 247 cases (16.5%), Klebsiella pneumonia was 151 (10.1%), Streptococcus pneumoniae was positive in 175 cases (11.7%), and Enterobacter cloacae (70 cases) Accounting for 4.7%. The positive rate of serum MP-Ig M test was 38.9%. After treatment, pediatric treatment efficiency was 98.0%. Conclusion Hematuria, blood gas analysis, bacterial culture, serum MP-Ig M test and other comprehensive tests can effectively improve the detection rate of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate, provide a reliable basis for the treatment, and supplemented by azithromycin Such as drug treatment can effectively improve the prognosis of children and improve the quality of life.
