目的 研究综合医院院内传染性非典型肺炎防治措施及其效果。方法 采取“分区隔离,疏散人口,加强防护”的防护策略对疫情暴发进行控制;收集每日使用的防护用品量与每日新发病例数,分析两者之间的关系。结果“分区隔离,疏散人口,加强防护”的防护策略能够有效控制院内SARS的暴发流行,防护用品的使用对减少每日新发病例起到决定性作用。结论 采用恰当的控制策略,能够成功控制综合医院院内SARS疫情的暴发。
Objective To study the prevention and treatment of SARS in general hospitals and its effects. Methods The epidemic outbreaks were controlled by the protective strategy of “Partition isolation, population evacuation and strengthening protection”. The daily protective materials used and daily new cases were collected, and the relationship between them was analyzed. The results of the “partition isolation, population evacuation, strengthen protection” protection strategy can effectively control the outbreak of SARS epidemic in hospitals, the use of protective equipment to reduce the daily new cases played a decisive role. Conclusion The proper control strategy can successfully control the SARS outbreak in the general hospital.
