门球易学难精。要想打好门球,必须先练好球。下面是我练球的“六字”法:一、“锤”炼撞击。撞击是门球运动最基本的动作和功夫。学打门球必须先锤炼撞击。撞击姿势多样。不管锤炼哪种姿势都要遵循“先近后远、先易后难”逐步生华的原则。一般是先练近距(2~5米)正面撞击,待基本功和手法娴熟后再延伸练中距(5~10米)、长距(10米以上)撞击。但以练5米撞击为主。方法是:在距边线2.5米处设5个与边线平行的靶球,与靶球5米距离(终点柱处)相应地再设5个平行的起杆球。然后,由起杆球逐一撞击靶球。要求撞准双不出界,若撞不准,起杆球也不能出界,以反复锤炼准度、力度和心态。其要领是:稳定站位,心态放松,聚精会神,正确瞄准,意识引航,平缓用力,意向(意识定向)出球,贯注目标,还要考虑地面因素的影响。
