随着我国社会经济建设的持续推进,人口流动日益加剧,流动人口的生存环境与资源供给的矛盾亦日益突出。着力解决社会转型期区域人口管理和城镇化建设中存在的现实问题,建立健全流动人口管理与服务体系,对于促进人口合理有序流动,为区域经济发展创造良好的社会治安环境,促进经济与社会协调发展具有十分重要的现实意义。
