目的探讨高频彩超在小儿阑尾炎中的应用效果。方法以本院收治的50例阑尾炎患儿作为研究对象(2015年7月至2016年6月收治),50例患儿均进行高频彩超检查,以手术病理结果为金标准,统计高频彩超的诊断结果。结果高频彩超诊断的总符合率为95.00%,其中化脓性阑尾炎、急性单纯性阑尾炎、坏疽性阑尾炎及阑尾脓肿的诊断符合率依次为96.30%、91.67%、70.00%和100.00%。结论在小儿阑尾炎诊断中应用高频彩超的价值较高。
Objective To investigate the application of high frequency ultrasound in children with appendicitis. Methods Fifty children with appendicitis admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled in this study. All the 50 children underwent high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography. The pathological results were taken as gold standard, The diagnosis results. Results The total coincidence rate of high frequency ultrasound was 95.00%. The coincidence rates of suppurative appendicitis, acute simple appendicitis, gangrenous appendicitis and appendix abscess were 96.30%, 91.67%, 70.00% and 100.00% respectively. Conclusion The application of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of pediatric appendicitis is of high value.
