虚拟经营是网络经济时代一种新的经营模式,对提高中小企业的竞争力具有重要的意义。本文以中小企业虚拟经营实施方略为题,阐述了虚拟经营与虚拟经营战略的概念,论证了中小企业虚拟经营的可行性,在此基础上提出了中小企业虚拟经营的实施方略。

Virtual operation is a new mode of operation in the era of network economy, which is of great significance to enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises. This article takes the implementation strategy of the small and medium-sized enterprise’s virtual operation as the theme, elaborates the concept of the virtual operation and the fictitious management strategy, demonstrates the feasibility of the virtual operation of the medium and small-sized enterprises, and on this basis puts forward the implementation strategy of the small and medium-sized enterprise’s virtual operation.
