目的了解龙岩市碘缺乏病防治状况,为制定“十三五”地方病防治规划提供依据。方法按《福建省碘盐监测实施细则》方法采样,直接滴定法检测盐碘含量;按WS/T 107-2006砷铈催化分光光度法检测尿碘浓度;触诊法检查甲状腺肿大情况。结果共检测居民食用盐2 100份,合格碘盐食用率96.0%(92.7%~97.3%),盐碘中位数24.4mg/kg;707名孕妇家庭食用盐,合格碘盐食用率96.7%(93.1%~100%),盐碘中位数24.3 mg/kg。检测1409名8~10岁儿童尿样,尿碘中位数209.3μg/L(178.9~249.1μg/L),有4个县100~200μg/L,3个县200~250μg/L;707名孕妇尿碘中位数132.0μg/L(119.6~143.6μg/L),<100μg/L占31.1%,<150μg/L占58.8%。1415名8~10岁儿童甲状腺肿大率0.7%。结论龙岩市新标准碘盐普及较好,8~10岁儿童碘营养充足,孕妇碘营养不足,需要采取其他补碘措施。
Objective To understand the status of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders in Longyan City and provide the basis for formulating the prevention and control plan for endemic diseases in the “Thirteen Five”. Methods Sampling was conducted according to the “Detailed Implementation Rules of Iodized Salt Monitoring in Fujian Province”, and direct iodometric method was used to detect the content of iodine. The concentration of urinary iodine was determined by arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry according to WS / T 107-2006. The thyroid enlargement was examined by palpation. Results A total of 2 100 inhabitants were tested for salt consumption, with 96.0% (92.7% -97.3%) qualified iodized salt and 24.4 mg / kg salt iodine. 707 pregnant women consumed 96.7% of salt 93.1% ~ 100%), median salt iodine 24.3 mg / kg. The urine samples of 1409 children aged 8-10 years old were detected. The median of urinary iodine was 209.3μg / L (178.9-249.1μg / L), including 4 counties of 100-200μg / L and 3 counties of 200-250μg / L; 707 The median urinary iodine of pregnant women was 132.0μg / L (119.6 ~ 143.6μg / L), <100μg / L accounted for 31.1% and <150μg / L 58.8%. 1415 children aged 8 to 10 had a goiter rate of 0.7%. Conclusion The new standard iodine salt in Longyan City has been popularized well. Children aged 8-10 years have adequate iodine nutrition and iodine deficiency in pregnant women. Other measures for iodine supplement need to be taken.
