目的:考察不同制备技术对新健胃片中黄芩苷稳定性的影响。方法:采用恒温加速试验考察粉末包衣、固体分散及包芯片技术对提高黄芩苷稳定性的影响。结果:固体分散及包芯片技术制备的样品均能使新健胃片中黄芩苷保持稳定。结论:固体分散、包芯片技术的应用可解决新健胃片中黄芩苷的稳定性问题。其中应用包芯片技术制备样品,辅料用量较少,操作简便,更易产业化。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different preparation techniques on the stability of baicalin in Xinjianwei tablets. Methods: The effects of powder coating, solid dispersion and encapsulation technology on the stability of baicalin were investigated by constant temperature accelerated test. Results: The samples prepared by solid dispersion and encapsulation technology could keep the baicalin in Xinjianwei tablets stable. Conclusion: The application of solid dispersion and chip technology can solve the problem of baicalin stability in Xinjianwei tablets. One package chip technology to prepare samples, excipients less dosage, easy to operate, easier to industrialization.
