道德风险问题广泛存在于各个领域,对于社会民生、经济有着重要的影响。本文主要从委托代理关系出发,阐释了道德风险的内涵,并深入探讨了道德风险问题产生的必要条件,以及对如何最小化道德风险问题提出了简单的思考建议。
The problem of moral hazard exists in all fields and has an important impact on people’s livelihood and economy. Based on the principal-agent relationship, this paper expounds the connotation of moral hazard and probes into the necessary conditions for the moral hazard problem, and puts forward some simple suggestions on how to minimize the moral hazard.
