随着经济的快速发展,工业化和和城市化进程的不断加快,城市家庭住房的消费需求呈现出快速上涨的趋势,作为自住消费需求的不同的社会阶层的城市居民来说,他们有着不同的消费水平和消费动机。本文通过对城市居民家庭住房消费的现象作为自住需求的阐述,运用社会政策的专业方法对其进行分析,从而希望能够进一步调整和完善城市居民的家庭住房消费作为自住需求的相关的社会政策。
