Once, I was correcting my homework. A student came to me and said that someone was fighting. I quickly came to the classroom. Two students stood face to face and burst into tears. There were also many students standing around. Looking closer, two students with good academic performance and class cadres, I asked them what was going on. Both men cried and said nothing. I could not help but be angry, I thought: the two class leaders fighting in the class, what impact on the class, but also do not want to explain the situation. So they decided to teach them. At this moment, the school bell rang, and all the other students left the school. I took the two cadres who performed well in the office to the office and said, “Today, you have disappointed me.” I did not reprimand. They simply said a few words, and finally said, “First you should solve it. I believe you will handle it well.”
