神经纤维瘤在耳鼻咽喉科并不少见,常发于咽喉部,原发于鼻部者较少,原发于外鼻部者为罕见。作者25年来仅见到外鼻部神经纤维瘤一例,报告如下。患儿男,8岁。右鼻背部肿物1年余,于1990—02—19入院。患儿于1988—01发现右鼻背部隆起,如黄豆大小,逐渐增大至麻雀卵大、不痛,无鼻阻和鼻出血及头痛。经消炎治疗,未奏效。无鼻部外伤史。体检:全身及耳咽喉无异常。右鼻背部可见明显高
Neurofibromas are not uncommon in otolaryngology, often in the throat, less in the nose, and rare in the nose. The author has seen only one case of outer nasal neurofibroma for 25 years, the report is as follows. Children male, 8 years old. Right nasal back more than 1 year, admitted in 1990-02-19. Children found in 1988-01 right nasal back bulge, such as the size of soybeans, gradually increased sparrow eggs, no pain, no nasal obstruction and nosebleeds and headache. Anti-inflammatory treatment, did not work. No history of nasal trauma. Physical examination: No abnormalities in the whole body and ear and throat. Right nostril visible higher
