结合西南民族大学图书馆在电子资源利用上的实际情况,提出引入IC的服务理念,设计符合自己的发展模式,为用户营造一种自由高效利用信息的环境,提高电子资源的利用率。
Combined with the actual situation of Southwest University for Nationalities Library in the use of electronic resources, the service concept of introducing IC is proposed and designed to suit its own development mode to create an environment for users to use information freely and efficiently and improve the utilization rate of electronic resources.
