保赤散为中医常用小儿清热导滞、止咳化痰的中成药。由于保赤散中含有硃砂,且含量少,故作者选用离子选择电极测定法和双硫腙比色法对保赤散中朱砂进行定量测定。实验表明,二种方法结果基本一致。
Bao Chi San is a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat and stagnating phlegm and cough. Since Baochi powder contains cinnabar, and the content is small, the authors used ion selective electrode assay and dithizone colorimetry to quantitatively determine cinnabar in Baochi powder. Experiments show that the results of the two methods are basically the same.
