研究了5CrNiMo 和3Cr2W8V 模具钢在不同的淬火、回火温度下的组织形态、力学性能及抗回火稳定性之间的关系,并结合模具主要失效方式,精选了热处理工艺参致。结果表明5CrNiMo 钢910℃淬火,420℃回火:3Cr2W8V 钢1140℃淬火,600℃回火的强韧化工艺较理想。用此工艺处理的小型热锻模寿命比原来提高0.36~2.4倍。
The relationship between the microstructure, mechanical properties and tempering resistance of 5CrNiMo and 3Cr2W8V mold steels under different quenching and tempering temperatures was studied. The heat treatment process parameters were selected according to the main failure modes of the molds. The results show that 5CrNiMo steel quenched at 910 ℃, tempering at 420 ℃: 3Cr2W8V steel hardening at 1140 ℃, 600 ℃ tempering toughening process is more ideal. With this process, small hot die life expectancy increased by 0.36 to 2.4 times.
