无土栽培可使植物(株)生长迅速、健壮、开花多而早、大而香、产量高、成本低,且抗寒耐暑,病虫害少。无土栽培的植物更适合在宾馆、商场、办公室及家庭中摆设。较易栽培的有龟背竹、米兰、君子兰、茶花、月季、茉莉、杜鹃、金桔、万年青、紫罗兰、蝴蝶兰、倒挂金钟、五针松、橡皮树、巴西铁、秋海棠类、蕨类植物、棕榈科植物等室内外花卉盆景。无土栽培可不分季节进行。其操作步骤如下:
