目的:研究银黄煎液及其五级膜截留液中黄芩苷等3个有效成分的含量变化和体外抑茵作用。方法:采用多级膜分离方法按相对分子质量大小分离银黄煎液,HPLC测定成分含量,用金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎链球菌体外测试原液及各级分离物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:抑菌作用由强到弱依次为4级、3级、5级、2级、原液、1级。结论:膜分离方法可分段分离抑菌活性物质;微滤后的银黄煎液各级膜分离物抑菌作用均比原液强。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of the content of three effective components in Yinhuang decoction and the baicalein retentate and the inhibitory effect in vitro. Methods: The multi-stage membrane separation method was used to separate the Yinhuang Decoction by relative molecular mass, and the content of the constituents was determined by HPLC. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the test liquid and the isolates were tested with Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae in vitro. Results: The bacteriostatic effects were order 4, 3, 5, 2, stock solution, grade 1 from strong to weak. Conclusion: The membrane separation method can be used to separate the antibacterial active substances by stages. The antibacterial activities of the membrane fractions of Yinhuang decoction after microfiltration are better than that of the original liquid.
