Russia’s Space Agency recently announced that Russia will establish a permanent base on the moon and launch a “transport hotline” with the Earth in order to bring the rare and abundant “perfect energy” helium-3 isotopes that are abundant on the moon back to Earth for the Nuclear fusion power generation. Experts have previously said that the moon is rich in helium-3 isotopes, and if it can build a power plant on the moon, the Earth will have thousands of years of endless flow of water
