氟哌啶醇是一种强效抗精神病药物,对控制兴奋躁动等精神症状效果较好。但有一定副作用,除常见的锥体外系症状外,另对心脏的毒性作用亦较大,本文3例均系女性,年龄为23～26岁,以精神症状不眠,兴奋话多,躁动不安等而收治入院。例一在入院后使用氟哌啶醇10mg肌注一日二次,注射第三针后20分钟,病者突然出现昏厥,抽搐,面色青紫,脉细弱而慢40次/分,频繁早博及二联律。心电图提示:多源性室性早博,传导阻滞,考虑为阿-斯综合征,经阿托品2mg静脉推注,15分钟后心率恢复至100次/分,律齐,
