随国民经济建设的飞跃发展,铁路运输日益繁重。原有的低碳钢辙岔已不能满足高速行车的需要。为此,我局已改用高锰钢辙岔。但经长期运行磨损很大,有的还产生了裂纹。为恢复辙岔尺寸和修补裂纹,我们研究了高锰钢的焊补问题。通过试验摸索出一些修复高锰钢辙岔的焊补工艺及注意事项,现介绍如下。 1、首先清理补焊区,去除泥污、油渍。再用手砂轮打磨掉表面硬化层。打磨时不要在一处停留过久,以免出现“过烧”现
