研究了熔化PrCo_5、PrFe_2和NdFe_2三种合金时的结晶过程,按化学计量配料熔化合金时的结晶过程与相应的二元系合金相图显示的相关系密切相关。讨论了合金结晶过程中出现的不平衡组织的成因和控制方法。
The crystallization process of PrCo_5, PrFe_2 and NdFe_2 alloys was studied. The crystallization process when stoichiometric ingredients were melted was closely related to the correlation of the corresponding binary system phase diagram. The causes and control methods of unbalanced structure in the process of alloy crystallization are discussed.
