RWC-8405型电阻焊接控制器,是专门用于交流点焊机焊接程序和焊接电流的控制器.该控制器采用了集成电路,因而体积小,重量轻,功耗低,技术先进,工作可靠.它是电流闭环控制系统.当焊接电源电压或二次负载阻抗发生变化时,其焊接电流仍保持恒定.该控制器有四个焊接程序(加压、焊接、保持、放开)和两组电流设定开关.它们分别用数字拨码开关进行预置.加压、焊接程序和电流设定都有两套独立系统,可通过外部起动开关控制,以实现两种条件的焊接.在焊接过程中,每半个周期检测一次焊接电源的有效值,并通过比较电路与设定值相比较.用其差值来改变可控硅的控制角,使电流达到恒定,控制过程如图1所示.
RWC-8405-type resistance welding controller, is designed for AC spot welding welding procedures and welding current controller. The controller uses integrated circuits, which small size, light weight, low power consumption, advanced technology and reliable work . It is a closed-loop current control system that maintains a constant welding current when the welding power supply voltage or secondary load impedance changes. The controller has four welding procedures (pressurization, welding, holding, releasing) and two sets Current setting switch. They are preset with digital DIP switch. Pressure, welding procedures and current settings have two separate systems, external start switch can be controlled to achieve two conditions of welding. In the welding process , Every half cycle to detect a welding power supply RMS, and compared with the set value by comparing the circuit with its difference to change the SCR control angle, so that the current reached a constant, the control process shown in Figure 1 .
