本文主要研究了应用相转移催化技术合成松香酯的方法,并以去氢枞酸为模板探讨了催化剂的结构、浓度;卤代烃的活性;反应物浓度变化;搅拌速度等因素对反应进程的影响。与文献[3]的实验方法做了对比,实验表明用本技术合成松香酯具有原料易得、反应条件温和、操作方便、产率高等特点,尤其是可以合成一系列无法用醇-酸酯化法得到的松香酯产品,如去氢枞酸环氧丙烷酯、去氢枞酸氯甲基酯和双去氢枞酸亚甲基酯等。
In this paper, we mainly studied the method of synthesizing rosin ester using phase transfer catalysis, and discussed the structure and concentration of catalyst, the activity of halogenated hydrocarbon, the change of reactant concentration, the stirring speed and other factors on the reaction process influences. Compared with the experimental method in [3], the experiment shows that the rosin ester synthesized by the present technology has the advantages of easy raw materials, mild reaction conditions, convenient operation and high yield. In particular, it is possible to synthesize a series of esters that can not be alcohol- Rosin ester products such as dehydroabietic acid epoxypropyl ester, dehydroabietic acid chloromethyl ester, and dehydroabietic acid methylene ester and the like can be obtained.
