全国抗震办公室主任座谈会于1990年4月18～21日在江苏省太仓县召开。出席会议的有来自全国28个省、自治区、直辖市和国务院有关部、委、总公司抗震办公室主任,以及有关方面的代表和专家、顾问共100余人。会议由建设部抗震办公室副主任陈寿梁主持,建设部副部长叶如棠在大会上作了重要讲话。江苏省、苏州市和太仓县等各级政府和部门的领导同志出席会议,并在大会上讲了话。这次会议的主要议题是交流第九次全国抗震工作会议的贯彻落实情况,总结近两年来几次破坏性
The National Symposium on the Earthquake Prevention Office was held in Taicang County, Jiangsu Province from April 18 to April 21, 1990. Attending the meeting were directors from the earthquake-resistance offices of 28 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government and relevant ministries, commissions, and headquarters of the State Council, as well as representatives from relevant parties, experts, and consultants. The meeting was chaired by Chen Shouliang, deputy director of the earthquake-responsive office of the Ministry of Construction, and Ye Ruyi, vice minister of the Ministry of Construction made an important speech at the conference. Leading comrades from various levels of government and departments including Jiangsu Province, Suzhou City, and Taicang County attended the meeting and spoke at the meeting. The main topic of the conference was the exchange of the implementation of the Ninth National Seismic Work Conference, summing up several destructives in the past two years
