过敏反应和心律失常是临床上常见的两种病理生理现象,两者之间关系密切,临床上的心律失常除已知的病因外,尚有一部分病因不明,可能与过敏反应有关或者由过敏反应所引起,因此,研究过敏反应时心律失常的机理及防治措施具有重要的理论和实践意义。我们先前报告家兔过敏性休克时伴有心律失常的出现,后来发现以抗组胺药和抗胆碱药配成的抗休克剂有显著的抗过敏性心律失常的作用。为了对这个问题做进一步的研究,我们建立了家兔被动过敏反应诱发心律失常的模型,并观察了抗休克剂。654-2、甲氰咪胍和苯海拉明对家兔被动过敏反应引起心律失常的影响。
