本文通过建立多元线性回归模型,选取了对房价有影响的诸多因素进行了分析,希望从模型中能一窥房价节节攀升的部分原因。

In this paper, we establish a multiple linear regression model and choose a number of factors that have an impact on house prices. We hope that we can get a glimpse of some of the reasons why house prices are climbing steadily.
