本文对水稻愈伤组织再生体系及其转化影响因子进行了研究。以水稻品种秀水11的幼胚和成熟胚为外植体,以M S+肌醇0.1g/L+2,4-D 2mg/L+6-BA 0.2mg/L+脯胺酸2.8g/L+水解酪蛋白0.3g/L作诱导培养基,愈伤组织诱导率最高为73.45%,愈伤组织在M S+6-BA2 mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L的分化培养基上,分化频率达53.33%;在此基础上对农杆菌介导水稻愈伤组织转化的因子进行了优化,获得较高转化频率的条件为:预培养时间3d,在OD600值为0.6农杆菌菌液中感染10m in,共培养3d。
