Sun Tzu’s Art of War said: “The attack on the city is down, and the attack is on.” The author believes that this is also the core idea of carrying out the work of the head teacher. So what is meant by attacking the city, what is attacking it? The attack on the city is to use force to conquer it. For example, when we encounter a student doing something wrong, it is a reprimand to the office to cover his face until he affixes it; if he wants to learn later, he uses authority to exert pressure. We often ask our students only according to their own understanding.
