目的分析滇西地区自然村地面游离蚤丰盛度的影响因素。方法用Epi Data软件建立数据库,在R软件下应用多元负二项分布回归探索影响自然村地面游离蚤丰盛度的因素。结果地面游离蚤气湿大于49%的自然村捕获地面游离蚤的数量减少59%;傣族自然村捕获地面游离蚤的数量比汉族自然村减少74%,彝族自然村捕获地面游离蚤的数量比汉族自然村减少68%;周围种植水果的自然村捕获地面游离蚤的数量增加3.19倍;捕获超过10只鼠类动物的自然村地面游离蚤的捕获数量减少59%。结论滇西地区自然村地面游离蚤丰盛度与气候因素、社会因素、生活环境因素及鼠形动物丰盛度密切相关。
Objective To analyze the influential factors on the abundance of free flea on the ground in natural villages in western Yunnan. Methods Epi Data software was used to set up a database and multivariate negative binomial distribution regression was used to explore the factors affecting the abundance of free flea on the ground in natural villages. As a result, the number of free fleas caught in the villages in the Dai natural villages decreased by 74% compared with that of the Han nationality villages. The number of free fleas caught in the natural villages of the Yi nationality decreased by 68% compared with that of the Han nationality villages. ; The number of free fleas caught on the ground in natural villages surrounding fruit trees increased by 3.19 times; the number of ground fleas trapped in natural villages with more than 10 rodents decreased by 59%. Conclusion The abundance of ground fleas in natural villages in western Yunnan is closely related to climate factors, social factors, living environment factors and abundance of mouse-shaped animals.
