城建部于1986年11月11日至13日在开封召开了XM型预应力锚固体系技术鉴定会,通过了部级鉴定。同年12月12日至14日中国土木工程学会混凝土学会和广东公路工程学会桥梁学会联合在广州召开了预应力群锚QM体系技术交流会,亦获得了肯定的意见。以上两类锚固体系的主要研制单位均为中国建筑科学研究院结构所。参与联合研制XM体系的还有河南省
The Ministry of Urban Construction held the XM prestressed anchoring system technical appraisal meeting in Kaifeng from November 11 to November 13, 1986, and passed the ministry appraisal. December 12 to the same year 12 to 14 Chinese Society of Civil Engineering Society of Concrete and the Institute of Bridge Road, Guangdong Institute of Technology jointly held in Guangzhou Prestressed QM anchor group technology exchange, also received positive opinions. The main research units of the above two types of anchoring systems are the structures of China Academy of Building Research. Henan Province is also involved in the joint development of the XM system
