王志珍,1942年生于上海,1964年毕业于中国科学技术大学生物物理系,此后一直在中国科学院生物物理研究所工作。1979年获新中国第一批德国洪堡奖学金、1981年获美国国立健康研究院Fogarty奖学金,分别在德国和美国做访问研究,并在德国和香港任访问教授。2001年当选为中国科学院院士。王志珍在蛋白质折叠、折叠酶和分子伴侣、胰岛素A、B链相互作用及重组等研究中做出重要贡献。1996年,被国家人事部授予“中青年有突出贡献专家”称号。1999和2002年,以第一完成人先后获得中国科学院自然科学奖一等奖和国家自然科学奖二等奖。2001年,当选为中国科学院院士。2002年,获得发展中国家科学院基础科学奖(生物学奖)。2005年,获得何梁何利基金科学与技术进步奖。此外,她还以第二完成人获得1995年国家自然科学奖二等奖。
Born in Shanghai in 1942, Wang Zhizhen graduated from Department of Biophysics, University of Science and Technology of China in 1964 and has been working in Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 1979, he received the first batch of China Humboldt Scholarship in New China. In 1981, he was awarded the Fogarty Scholarship by the National Institutes of Health. He conducted visiting studies in Germany and the United States respectively, and visited professors in Germany and Hong Kong. In 2001 was elected academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Wang Zhizhen in protein folding, folding enzymes and molecular chaperones, insulin A, B chain interaction and recombination research and make an important contribution. In 1996, he was awarded the title of “Young and Middle-Aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions” by the Ministry of Personnel. In 1999 and 2002, with the first complete person, he successively won the first prize of Natural Science Award of CAS and the second prize of National Natural Science Award. In 2001, was elected as Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2002, he was awarded the Prize for Science in Basic Sciences (Prize for Biology) by the Academy of Science in Developing Countries. In 2005, received Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Science and Technology Progress Award. In addition, she won the second prize of the 1995 National Natural Science Award as the second-best man.
