目的:研究数字钼靶X线摄影和高频超声检查对触诊阴性乳腺癌病灶的诊断效果。方法:本次研究选取的研究对象为2015年4月1日~2017年3月31日期间在我院进行治疗的触诊阴性乳腺癌病灶患者,80例患者均接受高频超声检查、数字钼靶X线摄影,金标准为病理诊断结果。对比分析两种检查方法的诊断结果。结果:数字钼靶X线摄影检出癌性病灶24例、良性病变56例,阳性率为87.50%;高频超声检查检出癌性病灶21例、良性病变59例,阳性率为76.19%,两种检查的阳性率和敏感度对比存在较大差距(P<0.05),特异性、准确性对比无统计学意义。结论:在诊断触诊阴性乳腺癌病灶中,数字钼靶X线摄影和高频超声检查的临床价值均较高,但数字钼靶X线摄影的敏感度、特异性、准确性更高。
Objective: To study the diagnostic value of digital mammography and high-frequency ultrasonography in detecting palpation-negative breast lesions. Methods: The subjects selected for this study were patients with palpation-negative breast lesions treated in our hospital from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2017. All 80 patients underwent high-frequency ultrasonography. Digital Molybdenum Target X-ray photography, the gold standard for pathological diagnosis. Comparative analysis of two diagnostic methods of diagnosis. Results: 24 cases of cancerous lesions were detected by digital mammography, 56 cases of benign lesions, the positive rate was 87.50%. 21 cases of cancerous lesions were detected by high-frequency ultrasonography and 59 cases of benign lesions with a positive rate of 76.19% The positive rate and sensitivity of the two tests there is a big difference (P <0.05), specificity, accuracy, no significant difference. Conclusion: In the diagnosis of palpation-negative breast lesions, the clinical value of digital mammography and high-frequency ultrasonography are high, but the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of digital mammography are higher.
