7月21日下午15时,随着降雨量逐渐增大,首都机场物业住宅物业服务分公司根据预案对楼龄稍大的宿舍区10个自然小区的排水管道、路面积水情况进行不间断排查。从7月21日午后开始,北京市遭遇61年来最强暴雨袭击,首都机场地区强降雨持续近16小时,累计降水量达到218.4毫米。首都机场航班起降、部分主干道及工作生活区通道通行状况受到不同程度影响。
