医院资产管理作为医院管理的重要内容,不仅关系医院自身的利益,还会影响整个社会的医疗水平。在新的医疗改革背景下,加强医院资产管理工作不但可以优化资源的有效配置,还能降低资产的消耗,增加医院的收益。基于此,本文针对医院资产管理的现状进行分析,并提出相应的解决措施。
Hospital asset management as an important part of hospital management, not only related to the hospital’s own interests, but also affect the medical standards of the entire community. In the context of the new medical reform, strengthening the management of hospital assets will not only optimize the effective allocation of resources, but also reduce the consumption of assets and increase hospital revenue. Based on this, this article analyzes the current situation of hospital asset management and puts forward corresponding solutions.
