At the turn of the century, Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important thinking on “three represents ” and “the speech at the General Assembly celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party” marked the beginning of a new historical stage in China’s political reform and development. At the same time, It provides an important research topic for contemporary Chinese political research. As the Institute of Contemporary Chinese Politics at Shenzhen University, which is at the forefront of China’s reform and opening up, it is deeply felt that it is necessary to compile a series of major research findings in recent years into a book dedicated to all those who care about the development of political reality in China.
