《职场》杂志2009年关于员工健康福利的调查显示,79%的雇员对企业现行的健康福利计划并不满意,26%的受访者甚至给出“太差”的评价。种种迹象表明,大多数企业的员工健康管理现状是“一直被倡导,从未被重视”。
A 2009 survey of employees’ health benefits by Workplace Magazine found that 79% of employees were not satisfied with the current health benefits plan of the company and 26% even gave “bad” ratings. There are indications that the majority of employees in the current state of health management is “always been advocated, never been taken seriously.”
